Dimitri Korolis

In his own words, Dimitri says "I don’t think I had a choice in being a wrestling fan, however, I wouldn’t have had it any other way!"

Born to Greek immigrants who met in Calgary, Alberta, Dimitri was born and raised in the Stampede City.  Dimitri grew up watching Stampede Wrestling on TV, and his parents would take him to live shows growing up.

A self-proclaimed Bret Hart fan, Dimitri would also often mimic his favorite wrestlers including names like Ric Flair, Razor Ramon, Ravishing Rick Rude and The Rock. 

"At the end of the day I am just a fan of wrestling which in my opinion is the greatest episodic entertainment on the planet – and to be able to talk about it week after week is even better."

Along with his good friend, Mitch Hontzias, Dimitri co-created "The Sports Show" Podcast, which has been running for nearly a decade.  "The show was based around the idea of talking sports the way we would when we got together. Like we say “We’re no stats guys, we’re just Fans!” - And that’s the flavour we bring to the Alternate Commentary Table."

For a career, Dimitri works in Wealth Management and holds a Chartered Investment Management designation.

Dimitri adds, "I am a husband to a Beautiful Wife, father to two beautiful daughters, proud member of the McGuire on Wrestling Family, Co Commentary Chair for Dungeon Wrestling alongside Mike an Mitch…and I will have my revenge in this life or the next…..Ok so I copied Gladiator, doesn’t make the above any less true. "
